No Hotel room services provided, all sales are point of sale in the building for resident guests. No daily resort fee on arrival. IDs required for check in. Name must match ID on arrival. Number of guests match booking. Strict; Check in after 4 PM, No check in after 11 PM. Daily cleaning and amenities replenish is not included in the price. You are leasing a privately owned Unit operating independently from the Hotel. You are our private guest, and not one of the Hotel. This may result in some amenity limitations such as maid service and no front desk calls. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities for a few days. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. Excellent location. Whole Foods is a block away, walkable to many restaurants. Very nice pool area with comfy loungers. The room was as described in the listing. Beautiful view! Great place to stay if you are visiting Miami Beach.
