Luxury building, in fun upbeat resident hotel/condo. 24 hour gym, Pool and gorgeous Sunsets. The property features an on-site spa (surcharge) and gym, a bayside pool, a hip indoor/outdoor lounge and a restaurant serving modern American fare. There's also a private marina. The Mondrian’s rooms are among my favorite hotel rooms in Miami. They feature a creative and luxurious pastiche of design themes: an accent wall in black and white brocade, an entertainment center with a TV framed by an over sized mirror, Japanese anime-style portraits, a wall of blue and white tiles depicting Floridian aquatic scenes, sculptural art pieces and slate grey slab floors. Rooms are spacious and feature beautiful bathrooms made of mosaic tile resembling the sea and sky. You have access to the entire room with the exception of a single owners Lock closet. The apartment is really nice. A beautiful view of the bay and city, and the pool scene below. The outside deck is comfortably furnished. Inside space is not large, but has everything you need. I would happily stay there again.

Our stay was beautiful and matched the description. Mostly clean, just some stains on the couch bed and pull out bed. The Check-in and out was straight forward, instructions were clear and host was very responsive! Though, dont bank on any flexibility with times. Expensive, though comparable to the rest of Miami. Would stay again.

relaxing . Positive: spacious apartment and wonderful view.
Joe is a great host and the unit is superb. Some of the best views of Miami. Definitely will stay with him again.
